Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no cost.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Please refer to the applicable return section below if an issue occurs after delivery.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • All return requests must be approved prior to sending merchandise back.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customer Remorse / Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns for customer remorse, including situations where a customer changes their mind, provided the return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

For customer-remorse returns:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
